Patrick est entré à ORGAPEYI en 2005, il occupe le poste de Président depuis 2015. Comme ses homologues, il récite le crédo "une production saine et de qualité" depuis de nombreuses années.
Pourquoi Orgapeyi?: "Il fallait créer une structure de producteurs pour valoriser les produits du terroir, et surtout ceux issus d'une démarche saine". Son militantisme se traduit par des méthodes de production qui garantissent un produit de "qualités": tant gustatives que nutritionnelles:
